Since Jojo states that she has been financially free in her wechat group, I’d like to check if this is true. Then I watched a few videos of her to learn and understand her resume and background in order to do fact check.
She used to live in US for 24 years. She graduated from Computer Science major. She is from Beijing but mainly grows in Shenzhen.
She was an AIG insurance salesperson, a truck head investor, and a translator in Log Angeles Immigrant Court. But it’s a bit weird that she didn’t apply for IT job or software developer job.
In this video, she complained a lot about HOA fee and house tax in US. She also complained about high cost of living in US. As a financially free girl, I have no idea why she worries about these things.
She has a Malaysian husband who is from Sabah. That’s one of the major reasons she believes Sabah will rise quickly and defeat west Malaysia.
She has one son and one daughter.
According to this video, her son has a huge problem with language learning. He is not willing to speak Mandarin but only English. That’s another major reason she decided to move to Malaysia.
Summary
There is no evidence showing she has been financially free. Don’t trust her if she give you entrepreneurship advice. She don’t have real successful experience on this.
