Choy Sum

Nai Pak Choy
Also known as Extra Dwarf Cabbage, this vegetable’s short stalks are milky-white and it’s leaves are a dark green.
Broccoli
A well-known vegetable, this vegetable has a thick stem and looks like a bouquet of tiny green flowers!
Green Coral Lettuce
This vegetable’s frilly leaves look like a bunch of underwater coral.
Cabbage
Also known as Kobis, this vegetable is shaped like a ball and very round. Also comes in an oval or a flattened sphere shape!
Kangkung
Also known as Water Spinach, this vegetable’s leaves are pointy. It might or might not come tied with red raffia string.
Kailan
Alternatively known as Chinese Broccoli, this vegetable’s leaves are veiny and slightly rounded.
Baby Kailan
A vegetable with slightly ribbed leaves and almost no stem.
