His Role in NCC group
He is one of the 3 founders of NCC (.NET Core Community) group. His role is mainly about marketing and promotion. All the social accounts of NCC group are under his management including Twitter account (.NET in China, NCC Official account), Wechat Official Account.
Achievement
- He created the Github repo ‘计算机专业术语对照’ . It gets 933 stars and 174 forks (biggest achievement)
- He followed what the US did to China and created the GitHub repo ‘Software Blacklist References’. He sanctions the author of Notepad++ , the author of NPOI, and a few cloud-native infrastructure companies. He believes these individuals and entities support Taiwan's independence and Hongkong independence.
- He created the code of conduct of NCC group and make everything look tidy
- Lead NCC group to their brightest moment during 2019–2020 and become the representative of China .NET community. They call themselves .NET Chinese community. Their Twitter is named as .NET in China. They did try to make themselves the Apache foundation in .NET community although they failed
- During the accident of Furion’s changing license, they leads the community to cyberbully against Bai Xiaosen who is the author of Furion. This is a kind of revenge to Bai Xiaosen’s suing to one of their core members Mr Ye, who is the author of FreeSql
- As revenge on the NPOI’s author, they created a detailed plan to cyberbully Tony Qu and create a few rumors about Tony Qu. Their plan is successful in 2021 and half of the .NET community leaders are on their side. They even created the rumor that Tony Qu is removed from the .NET community in China.
- Buy/got a few domains/accounts about .NET China including dotnet-china.com、dotnet-china.org、Twitter account dotnet_china、Github organization dotnet-china.
Failure/Scandals
- Lead Dotnetcore.NPOI and states it is a independent project from NPOI instead of a downstream project. Try to replace NPOI official nuget page as the leading open-source library. Eventually, they are warned by Microsoft nuget team. If they don’t states it’s a downstream project in the license, the nuget package will be token down from nuget.org. And then they had to accept this. (Otherwise, you may not be able to see this dotnetcore.NPOI package anymore)
- Lead FreeSQL project and cyberbully SQLSugar project in order to get more downloads and fame. But it’s totally a failure. SQLSugar still the best open-source ORM project in China community
- Since NCC is warned by Microsoft nuget team, to revenged on NPOI, they cyberbullied the author of NPOI and made a few rumors about him. They even try to persuade others not to use NPOI. However, it’s totally failed. NPOI has got 62M downloads now.
- He try to declare that NCC group is innocent and Tony Qu is someone who try to destroy the China community. He has nothing to do with Tony Qu. It’s Tony Qu’s problem, not Alexinea’s. Tony Qu is the evil guy in the community and wanna cyberbully Alexinea on purpose. However, he never make it. He doesn’t have much audience in zhihu at all.
- He broke NCC’s code-of-conduct rule defined by himself and cyberbullied a few famous open-source contributor in the community.
- He created the issue called ‘Politics should not invade the technology world’ in order to prove the author of Notepad++ is evil. However, he himself is playing politics on Github and cyberbullied a few open-source contributors.
